What is ISTANZA FLOOD?
It is a simulator that collects data, reasons and cadastral references and generates a draft. It does not submit, complete or transmit requests to the Region.
How do I use the draft?
Check every detail and use it as a basis in the dedicated regional page. Article 39 of Tuscan Regional Law 18/2026 provides access through the regional institutional website.
What information should I have ready?
Proof that you have the land available, municipality, locality, cadastral sheet and parcels; then only personal reasons and facts you can support and verify. GeoScopio is optional.
When does the thirty-day period start?
Do not infer it from news or press releases. Check the applicable PFVR act, its official publication and the instructions on the regional page.
Can ethical reasons be included?
Yes, if they are genuine statements. Decision 895/2026 concerns Emilia-Romagna rules: it may be an interpretive reference but does not replace Tuscan rules or guarantee an outcome.
What if the land falls within a technical category?
Use the draft to organise facts, but do not claim a category you cannot document. Article 44 of Regulation 36/R/2022 governs specific technical cases.
How is my data handled?
Draft data stays in the browser. The territorial reading sends GeoScopio only the municipality, cadastral references and boundary needed for consultation, not names, documents or draft text.
